Utilizing HTML to embed the Feedback Form

Once you complete the Asynchronous Feedback Request Form, you will receive an automated email with an HTML Embed Code. Although this seems intimidating, the process itself is quite simple.

Follow these steps, or watch the video to the right to embed your unique Asynchronous Feedback Form.

Add an "Assignment" as the last item in the last module.
Click the Assignment name, then click edit
At the bottom right of the Rich Content Editor, click on the HTML Editor button </> The HTML Editor is next to the keyboard, accessibility, and word count under the Content Editor box.
Paste the entire HTML Embed Code from your JotForm email.

Then click the </> button again to return to the Rich Content Editor. You will now be able to see the form within your assignment.
Change the assignment features as needed.
Click "Save" or "Save and Publish".
